You will provide skilled professional nursing care to the patient as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulations as established Health Authority of Abu Dhabi, the patient, and the policies of the Organization.

Qualifications
- Is a graduate of an accredited school of professional (registered) nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Is currently a licensed RN through Health Authority of Abu Dhabi At least two year's general nursing experience in a clinical area i.e. Med. Surgery, Oncology,
- Surgical, Critical care or clinics.
- Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.
- Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health.
- Passed the medical fit tests for Abu Dhabi visa process Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
- Has excellent observation, oral and written communications skills.
- Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Is dependable, organized, flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation.

Responsibilities

- Provides professional nursing care by utilizing all elements of nursing process.
- Assesses and evaluates patient's status by:3.1 Writing and initiating Plan of Care3.2 Regularly re-evaluating patient needs3.3 Revising the Plan of Care as necessary Initiates and sustains the implementation of orders for medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician in the physician's Plan of Care.
- Initiates and applies appropriate preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing procedures and techniques and maintains medication regarding patient care with the physician and com supervisory personnel.
- Completes, maintains and submits accurate and relevant patient's condition and care given.
- Clinical notes regarding Submits documentation in a timely fashion.
- Uses supplies and equipment effectively and efficiently.
- Observes the patient for changes in condition and reports these changes and the patients' needs to the attending physician and appropriate supervisory personnel.
- Assists the patient with the activities of daily living and facilitates the patient's efforts for self sufficiency and independence.
- Teaches the patient and family/caregiver self-care techniques as appropriate.
- Provides instructions on disease process, medication, diet, safety and other instructions as ordered by the physician and for health counselling with recognizes and utilizes opportunities patient and families/caregivers.
- Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient.
- Assists the patient's family/caregiver and other health care personnel in providing continuity of care.
- Works in cooperation with the family/caregiver and home care team members to meet the emotional needs of the patient and family/caregiver and makes referrals as appropriate.

- Supervises ancillary personnel and delegates responsibilities when required.
- Performs services within the limits of preparation and experience.
- Accepts responsibility of assignment to perform a specialized procedure, such as Therapy, only when qualified with specialty training, proven competency, clinical background, and expertise in the specialty area.
- Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development and maintains and upgrades professional knowledge and practice skills through attendance and participation in continuing education and in-service classes.
- Regularly participates in and takes responsibility for the on-call system, rotating through on-call schedule as needed.
