Role Purpose

To provide first aid and basic medical care for Innovo's site and camp workforce, supporting occupational health and emergency response on project sites. Key Accountabilities Medical Care Provide first aid and basic medical treatment for site injuries and illnesses. Maintain medical records and refer serious cases to appropriate medical facilities.

Health & Safety Support Support occupational health screening and awareness programmes for the workforce. Maintain first aid stations and ensure medical supplies are adequately stocked. Emergency Response Respond promptly to site medical emergencies and coordinate ambulance transfer when required. Participate in emergency drills and support the project emergency response plan.

Heat Stress & Wellness Programmes Implement heat stress prevention measures and monitor at-risk workers during summer months. Conduct basic health awareness sessions on hydration, nutrition, and common occupational illnesses. Camp Health Monitoring Conduct periodic hygiene and sanitation checks at labour accommodation camps. Report communicable disease risks or outbreaks to the HSE Manager and relevant authorities.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills Nursing diploma or degree; valid UAE nursing licence Minimum 2–4 years of nursing experience, preferably in an occupational/industrial setting
