We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Architect to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of full-time experience.

From it's rigorous design philosophy to its focus on client relationships, Eck MacNeely has been a respected architecture firm in Boston since 1976. Custom residential and private school design are the firm's foundation. It is currently a mid-sized design studio located in a vibrant, open office in Boston's creative SOWA district. As a collaborative firm, each team member is essential to the success of the practice.

Responsibilities + Skills

• Lead and coordinate architectural design processes, ensuring alignment with client goals, building codes, and industry standards.
• Manage and develop detailed construction documents using Revit.
• Manage multiple project schedules diligently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality control throughout all phases of design and construction.
• Oversee construction administration activities including site visits, progress meetings, and resolving field issues.
• Prepare accurate construction estimates and budgets; collaborate with contractors during negotiations to optimize project costs.
• Engage in business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and fostering client relationships to secure new projects.
• Coordinate with project teams on project management tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and contract administration.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
