Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients across diverse clinical settings under DCAS and Prometrics frameworks.
• Perform accurate patient assessments, administer medications, and document clinical interventions using electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with UAE health regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety guidelines, and Prometrics clinical competency standards.
• Participate in mandatory trainings, simulations, and performance evaluations as required by DCAS licensing and hospital partners.
• Support orientation and mentoring of new nursing staff while maintaining professional development records and license validity.
