The successful candidate will contribute to transaction strategy, prepare legal documents, perform legal research, and assist with complex commercial matters while maintaining direct client relationships. Duties

• Handle commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing.
• Conduct legal research and analyze issues affecting real estate matters.
• Draft contracts, agreements, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist with managing complex transactions from initial planning through completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop effective legal strategies.
• Participate in negotiations and other significant transactional activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in professional development and firm initiatives.

Requirements

• Three to five years of commercial real estate transaction experience.
• Experience with purchase and sale, joint venture, and financing transactions.
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Preferred

• Experience practicing at a large or mid-sized law firm.

• Juris Doctor (JD).

• Admission to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
