We think nurses are the heart of a clinic, and too many places treat them as an afterthought. We do not. This is a place to nurse properly, use your full skill set, and be paid and treated like it matters.

The role

You are hands-on in every part of the animal's journey: consults, theatre, recovery, and the quiet moments in between that a frightened pet remembers. Because we are prevention-first, you spend real time on wellness, education and continuity of care, not just firefighting.

What you will do

• Nurse across the clinic: triage, consults, anaesthesia monitoring, theatre support, recovery and inpatient care.
• Run nurse-led clinics: wellness checks, nutrition, weight, dental and post-op care.
• Be the calm in the room for a scared animal and a worried pet parent.
• Support our prevention model with education, follow-up and continuity through the app.
• Hold the standard on husbandry, biosecurity, stock and clinical hygiene.

What you bring

• A recognised veterinary nursing qualification, and eligibility to practise as a veterinary nurse in the UAE.
• Real clinical range: anaesthesia, theatre, diagnostics, inpatient care.
• Calm hands and steady judgement under pressure.
• Warmth and patience. You read the animal and the human in front of you.
