Duties

• Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for toddlers
• Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence
• Observe and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members regularly
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, and developmental milestones
• Support children with their daily routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions
• Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements that meet developmental standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and sanitation protocols

Skills

• Proven experience working with children in daycare settings, especially with preschoolers
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
• Excellent classroom management skills to create an organized and positive learning environment
• Ability to handle behavior management with patience, consistency, and understanding
• Effective communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members professionally
