As a Table Side Chef, you’ll prepare signature dishes live in front of guests while sharing the stories, ingredients, and traditions behind authentic Chinese cuisine. This is more than a cooking position—it’s an opportunity to entertain, educate, and create memorable moments for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook signature dishes tableside with consistency and attention to detail.
• Engage guests through interactive live cooking presentations.
• Explain Chinese ingredients, cooking techniques, and the cultural background of featured dishes.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and preparation methods.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality while maintaining a professional and energetic presence.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and recipe standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurants, fine dining, exhibition cooking, or Chinese cuisine preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
