ReelHouse East Boston is a waterfront restaurant overlooking Boston Harbor, offering panoramic skyline views, a lively dining room, expansive outdoor patio, and one of the city's most popular waterfront bars. We're looking for an Executive Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams, maintaining consistency, and delivering exceptional food.

We're seeking a hands-on kitchen leader who leads by example and enjoys mentoring cooks while supporting daily operations in a high-volume, hospitality-driven kitchen.

Responsibilities

Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations

Lead and mentor line cooks and prep team

Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

Assist with scheduling, ordering, inventory, and cost control

Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

Work nights, weekends, and peak seasonal shifts

Requirements

2 years of kitchen management experience

ServSafe Certification

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a high-volume environment

Full-time availability, including weekends
