Hotel Reservations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Hotel Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and oversee all aspects of booking operations. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who excels in hospitality management, guest relations, and revenue optimization.

As the Hotel Reservations Manager, you will ensure seamless reservation processes, uphold exceptional guest service standards, and coordinate with various departments to maximize occupancy and revenue. Your expertise in hospitality reservation systems, team supervision, and financial management will drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction across our property.

Duties

• Oversee daily hotel reservation operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in booking procedures
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the reservations team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold hotel guest service standards
• Manage hospitality reservation systems (PMS) and property management software to optimize booking processes and data integrity
• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, sales, and other departments to align reservation activities with overall hotel operations
• Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue streams
• Monitor and manage hospitality operations budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
• Handle complex guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular training on hotel management practices, human resources policies, and guest services for team development
• Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting for overnight operations
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business

Requirements

• 3 years+ experience in hotel reservations
• Proven supervisory experience within an upscale or luxury hotel
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation platforms
• Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism in all interactions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations, guest relations, and operational workflows

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
