Hotel Sales Manager

Role Description The Hotel Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA. This role is responsible for generating and managing corporate, group, and leisure business to maximize room revenue and ancillary sales.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new accounts, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting site visits, preparing proposals and contracts, and coordinating with operations and front desk teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings.

The manager will develop and implement sales and marketing plans, analyze market trends and competitor activity, and participate in revenue meetings to set and achieve sales goals. This role also involves representing the hotel at industry events, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system.

• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and close business opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support promotional campaigns, identify target markets, and collaborate on branding and outreach initiatives.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality sales and familiarity with local Boston market segments are highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency with CRM or hotel sales systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and occasionally work flexible hours based on client and event needs.
