Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and review various survey documents such as boundary surveys, legal descriptions, and construction calculations.
• Research and produce sealed survey documents, including Right-of-Way maps, easements, and other essential materials.
• Utilize CAD software to enter, compute, and verify field data, ensuring accuracy.
• Lead and inspire survey crews and project teams.
• Oversee field survey tasks, including property line establishment, construction staking, and topographic surveys.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to guarantee project success from inception to completion.
• Tackle complex surveying challenges and engage in unique, high-profile projects.
• Uphold the firm's reputation by demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence.

Your Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying, with a preference for residential and commercial project experience.
• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and field instrumentation.
• Strong leadership abilities to coordinate effectively with engineers and manage teams.
• Expertise in construction calculations, documentation, and project management.
• A detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset with dedication to quality outputs.
• Outstanding communication skills and a client-centric approach.
