Local SEO Specialist

DC Metro IT Help is looking for a local SEO expert to help bring in new customers across DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Nationwide smart hands support also available.

We're not a managed IT provider — we're the smart hands and on-site labor force for managed IT companies and their clients, as well as direct customers. Services include network installs, structured cabling, fiber, business WiFi, security cameras, VoIP, low voltage, AV, data center support, and IT equipment deployment.

This is strictly a performance-based commission role — no pay for optimization work, audits, or hours. We pay for results only.

You'll earn 15% of the labor revenue from each new customer's first paid service, as long as their first contact came through your SEO work (Google Search, Maps, or organic site visits). Our rate is $65/hr, so a 2-hour job ($130) would earn you $19.50.

We'll agree on attribution tracking (Analytics, Search Console, GBP insights, call logs) and pay out monthly on qualifying jobs.

No cap on earnings — the more customers your work brings in, the more you make.
