Role Description

The Arabic Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for welcoming visitors and guests, managing front-desk operations, and ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries in Arabic and English, coordinating appointments, and maintaining visitor logs and records.

The role also involves managing incoming and outgoing mail, supporting basic administrative and clerical duties, and liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. The Arabic Receptionist is expected to uphold Valtrans’ customer service standards, maintain a tidy and organized reception area, and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including front-desk management, appointment coordination, and basic administrative support.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette, including handling calls, routing inquiries, and providing clear and courteous information.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles, ideally within transportation, hospitality, or service industries.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, office software) and comfort with office equipment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
