We're looking for a Office Administrator to

• support the branch management team administratively
• assist with resolving client issues
• communicate and implement our administrative and risk management guidelines and policies
• support the hiring process and maintain all HR functions, including payroll for support staff
• assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
• coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities

You''ll be working with the Washington, DC Management team. You will be providing assistance to branch staff, advisors, as well as members of management.

Your expertise

n n

• ideally 1-2 years of relevant branch operations experience
• high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• proven written and verbal communication skill
• independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
• passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
• self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situation

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - District of Columbia - Washington, D.C. min USD 75000 - max USD 100000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
