What You’ll Be Doing

Here at Stanton Park the Business Office Manager - BOM is responsible for overssing al business office operations at the assigned facility. This includes managing the facility's accounts receivable functions - specifically Patient Liability, Private Pay and Medicaid Pending - as well as ensuring accurate billing practices, timely collections, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

The BOM plays a vital role in pre-billing processes, daily business office functions, census management, and financial oversight. Additionally, the BOM provides training and support to business office staff and services as a key liaison between the facility and centralized billing partners.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma, preferred.

Licenses/Certification/Experience: Previous experience in business office operations preferred.
