The Georgetown University Center for Global Health Practice and Impact (GU CGHPI)'s mission is to sustainably improve health outcomes through generation and translation of scientific evidence into policy and practice. Our work focuses on infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, health security, maternal neonatal child health and health systems strengthening.
We apply unique approaches to these areas to optimize outcomes and ensure sustainability through behavioral science, epidemiology and data science, health services outcomes research and integrated delivery methods. To advance the missions of the Center we seek an Executive Assistant and Office Manager.
The Executive Assistant and Office Manager plays a key role in maintaining effective communication, ensuring administrative continuity, and fostering a professional, service-oriented office environment.
This position helps streamline internal processes, supports resource management, and contributes to the achievement of departmental goals in alignment with Georgetown University's mission of excellence in education, research, and service.
Work Interactions
This position reports directly to the Center Director and works closely with faculty, staff, students, vendors, and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant and Office Manager serves as a liaison between leadership and internal/external constituents, ensuring timely communication and effective follow-through on departmental priorities.
This position may supervise student workers and collaborates across Georgetown University departments including Human Resources, Finance, Facilities, and Information Services to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$47,586.00 - $87,558.13
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
