Your Impact

• The Product Specialist is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager, and will be responsible for driving the adoption of Eon Aligners and fostering relationships with key customers across the UAE by establishing and nurturing relationships with dentists, orthodontists, and dental clinics.
• This role requires in-depth product knowledge, effective communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support to drive business growth.

What You'll Do

• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Eon Aligners, including product features, clinical applications, and treatment workflows.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new dental clinics and orthodontists within the assigned territory.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dentists, orthodontists, and clinic teams.
• Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and strengthen engagement.
• Activate existing accounts by increasing doctor engagement and encouraging consistent aligner case submissions.
• Present and demonstrate Eon Aligners, highlighting their clinical and patient benefits.
• Deliver product training and educational sessions to doctors and clinic staff.
• Provide continuous customer support and respond promptly to product-related inquiries.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize customer coverage and business growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM and sales systems.
• Prepare regular sales and territory performance reports.
• Work closely with the distributor and internal cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service and business execution.
• Support account receivable follow-up and collection activities when required.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company, ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly.
• Adhere to company quality standards, safety procedures, and local regulations.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the line manager.
• What To Bring
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Dentistry, Pharmacy, or Life Science/Healthcare.2–5 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Medical Representative, or similar field sales role with a proven sales record.
• Must be based in the UAE and willing to travel across the assigned territory.
• Experience in promoting products to dentists and orthodontists is preferred.
• Ability to work on MS Office Suite, CRM, and sales systems.
• Enthusiastic with strong interpersonal, communication (written/oral), and collaboration skills.
• Industry background in the life sciences, medical devices, or healthcare industry (Dental/Clear Aligner experience is an advantage).
