Senior Legal Administrative Assistant

Salary: $89,000 – $111,000

Hybrid: 4 days onsite (Mon–Thurs), 1 day remote (Fri)

Seeking a highly experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced, large law firm environment. This role requires strong judgment, precision, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
• Maintain and organize files using iManage or similar document management systems
• Handle attorney time entry, billing, and client invoicing (Intapp)
• Process expenses via Chrome River
• Track deadlines and ensure timely, accurate completion of work
• Collaborate with team members and provide cross-coverage as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a large law firm
• Strong expertise in billing, time entry, and client invoicing
• Experience with iManage, Intapp, Chrome River, and Microsoft 365
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills and high level of confidentiality
