Bitarchitects is seeking a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PE) to support our engineering projects on a remote, project-based basis.
The ideal candidate holds an active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia, and has strong experience in U.S. mechanical codes, HVAC design, plumbing systems, and permitting processes.
This role is best suited for an experienced engineer who can independently review, design, and support mechanical systems across multiple architectural and engineering projects.
Location: Remote
Work Arrangement: Project-based, flexible engagement, with remote work and occasional site visits when needed within the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia)
