We are a fast growing cloud managed services and data analytics provider hiring a Client Services Engineer to support hedge fund and financial services clients.

This role is ideal for an IT support professional who takes pride in white glove service, polished communication, and accurate technical execution. You will support end users, workstations, conference rooms, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, infrastructure alerts, and client implementation work.

You will work closely with service desk, infrastructure, implementation, relationship management, and senior leadership teams in a high growth environment where responsiveness, documentation, and client experience matter.

WHAT YOU WILL SUPPORT

• Provide white glove support for end users, workstations, conference rooms, applications, and managed IT resources.
• Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations, physical and virtual desktops, laptops, peripherals, local applications, and multi monitor setups.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint environments.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, permissions, file shares, workstations, and Group Policy.
• Monitor tickets, infrastructure alerts, and system health checks while responding within defined service level expectations.
• Coordinate escalations during critical incidents and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
• Assist with onsite support, dedicated client support, implementation projects, routine maintenance, and IT inventory.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes, technical documentation, inventory records, and client environment details.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2 to 3 years of IT support experience.
• Experience working for an MSP or supporting multiple client environments is required
• Strong Windows 10 and Windows 11 support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2019, 2022, or 2025.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, file shares, permissions, and user administration.
• Strong ticketing, time entry, documentation, and service level discipline.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to support demanding financial services clients with patience, urgency, and accuracy.

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL STAND OUT

• Azure or AWS cloud support experience.
• Mobile Device Management or Mobile Application Management experience.
• Conditional Access, endpoint management, or Intune policy experience.
• Basic networking knowledge including firewalls, wireless access points, routing, connectivity troubleshooting, and network rules.
