We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market. If you enjoy developing new business, solving customer problems, and working with warehouse and manufacturing operations, we'd like to talk with you.

Our customers rely on us to keep their electric forklift fleets running efficiently with dependable motive power solutions, including flooded industrial batteries, chargers, maintenance programs, and related products.

This is a field-based position for someone who enjoys building relationships, prospecting new accounts, and becoming a trusted advisor to customers.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business throughout an assigned territory
• Prospect warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturers, and industrial facilities
• Build relationships with operations managers, maintenance managers, fleet managers, and purchasing teams
• Evaluate customer forklift fleets and recommend the right battery and charging solutions
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close new business
• Grow existing accounts through exceptional customer service and regular follow-up
• Work closely with our service team to deliver outstanding customer support
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM
• Stay informed on industry trends, battery technologies, and customer needs

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:

• Material handling equipment
• Industrial batteries or chargers
• Warehouse or Industrial equipment
• Industrial power systems
• Manufacturing sales

Experience selling into warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, or logistics operations is a significant advantage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated success developing new accounts
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• CRM experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area
• Mechanical aptitude or technical sales experience is a plus
