Embassy Suites Dallas Love Field is seeking an energetic, service-driven, and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy coaching others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee all front desk operations, ensuring every guest receives the exceptional service that defines the Embassy Suites and Hilton brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Front Desk, Guest Services, and Night Audit team members.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain Hilton brand standards and service excellence.
• Manage daily front office operations, scheduling, labor costs, and payroll.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, FoodBeverage, and Sales to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and financial controls.
• Oversee room inventory, upgrades, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
• Maintain compliance with Hilton policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel front office supervisory or management experience.
• Hilton experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS systems (PEP experience preferred).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
