We're partnering with an established and highly respected VDC BIM MEP consulting engineering firm in the DFW area that's entering an exciting growth phase. They're looking for a licensed Mechanical Engineer (PE) with approximately 8–12 years of experience who wants more than just another project engineering role.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys designing, mentoring, building client relationships, and wants a clear path to grow into a Director-level leadership position over the next couple of years.

What They're Looking For

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 8–12 years of mechanical building systems design experience
• Strong HVAC and plumbing design background within the commercial construction industry
• Ability to lead projects while mentoring younger engineers
• Experience working directly with architects, commercial contractors, and owners
• Someone who wants to help build a growing business—not just work for one
