Important Minimum Qualifications

• Direct data center construction safety experience, including experience supporting energization, commissioning, electrical safety, LOTO, stored-energy control, or other high-risk activities within an active mission-critical data center environment.
• A completed bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Management, or a closely related field.

Candidates without prior data center construction experience or a completed bachelor’s degree will not be considered for this Divisional HSE Director opportunity.

The Divisional HSE Director provides executive leadership and strategic direction for all Health, Safety, and Environmental programs within an assigned business division.

This role is responsible for establishing divisional HSE strategy, ensuring operational excellence, developing regional leadership, and driving continuous improvement across multiple geographic regions, projects, manufacturing facilities, and service operations.

Serving as the senior HSE leader for the division, the Divisional HSE Director partners closely with Division Presidents, Operations Executives, Project Executives, Manufacturing Leadership, Human Resources, Security, Fleet, Energy Control, and Executive Leadership to integrate safety into every aspect of business performance.

The Divisional HSE Director leads multiple Regional HSE Managers and is accountable for divisional safety performance, regulatory compliance, operational risk reduction, serious injury and fatality (SIF) prevention, leadership development, workforce planning, and execution of Integra's SafeState™ Management System.

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the divisional HSE strategic plan aligned with corporate objectives and business priorities.
• Establish annual divisional goals, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Drive implementation of the SafeState™ Framework, Energy-Based Safety (EBS), Human Performance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the division.
• Serve as the principal HSE advisor to divisional executive leadership.

Divisional Operations Leadership

• Provide executive oversight for all HSE operations within the division.
• Ensure consistent implementation of corporate HSE standards across all regions and business units.
• Standardize safety processes, procedures, and best practices across regional operations.
• Lead divisional operational reviews to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support major project pursuits, operational startups, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure effective integration of HSE into planning, execution, commissioning, manufacturing, and service operations.

Financial & Business Management

• Develop and manage the divisional HSE operating budget.
• Forecast staffing requirements and support strategic workforce planning.
• Evaluate HSE investments, technology initiatives, and capital improvement opportunities.
• Support insurance, risk management, and claims reduction strategies.
• Improve operational efficiency while maintaining world-class safety performance.
