Nusr-Et is actively seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team in the capacity of a Restaurant Supervisor. Our organizational structure is unique, and our job leveling differs from the industry standard.

The Supervisor role in our restaurant is equivalent to an Assistant Restaurant Manager position in most luxury hospitality establishments, with a similar level of responsibility, leadership, and operational oversight. This exciting opportunity is tailor-made for a high-performing professional who possesses a passion for excellence and a penchant for driving organizational growth.

What do we look for?

Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a premium or luxury dining environment, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Strong operational expertise, ensuring seamless day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Guest-centric mindset, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences and confidently handling guest feedback and service recovery.

Commercial awareness, with the ability to monitor sales performance, control costs, and drive operational efficiency.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of collaborating across departments, managing priorities, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage such as Arabic, Italian, French, or SpanishHigh level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with guests.

What will you work on?

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

Coach, train, and develop team members while maintaining high performance standards.

Monitor staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cost control to achieve business objectives.

Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with company standards.

Resolve guest concerns professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and luxury service standards.

Support the team in maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring adherence to company service standards.
