Project Coordinator | Part-Time

We're partnering with a growing consulting firm in the transportation and infrastructure industry to find a Part-Time Project Coordinator to support a collaborative, close-knit team. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in the Atlanta area and available for occasional in-office meetings and site visits as needed.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities to keep projects organized and on track.
• Attend client meetings, capture detailed meeting notes, and distribute action items.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
• Serve as a communication hub between clients, consultants, and internal team members.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain organized project documentation.
• Coordinate correspondence and ensure important information is communicated clearly across project teams.
• Support project managers with scheduling, organization, and administrative tasks.
• Help ensure projects continue moving efficiently from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of project coordination, project support, or administrative experience.
• A true people person who enjoys building relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to take thorough meeting notes and clearly communicate project updates and action items.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must be based in the Atlanta, GA area and available for occasional in-person meetings.
• Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, transportation, consulting, or professional services is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
