Compensation- W2 guaranteed Base salary + Commission + Bonus

Role: Our Sales Team specializes in acquiring off-market residential properties using Embers buy box and proprietary pricing methods, to provide prospective sellers with red carpet real estate solutions based on their specific home selling needs, after Ember acquires a property the deal goes into our property dispositions department in which the property is, " Dispo'd" and a commission is earned.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to connect with Sellers who are interested in an offer from Ember (No cold calling, fresh leads given to you daily.)
• Qualify opportunities
• Utilize company-provided tools to determine appropriate offers
• Negotiate terms and conditions
• Document the transaction terms
• Visit properties where applicable
• Close opportunities
• Manage a pipeline of prospective sellers
• Submit performance, KPI’s and other ad-hoc reporting

Previous sales experience preferred
