Role Description The Wealth Management Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This role oversees a team of advisors and support professionals, ensuring the consistent delivery of comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, reviewing and approving financial plans, guiding investment strategies, and coordinating insurance and tax planning efforts across the team. The manager will lead team meetings, mentor and develop teammates, and refine processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

The role also involves collaborating with firm leadership on practice growth initiatives, upholding regulatory and compliance standards, and contributing to a culture of care, leadership, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and comprehensive personal finance analysis.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Investment Management and Investments, including portfolio construction and risk management.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Insurance knowledge, with the ability to integrate protection strategies into overall plans.
• Candidates should possess proven team leadership, mentoring, and people-management abilities in a client-facing environment.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with high attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of tax, estate, retirement, and cash flow planning concepts; advanced designations such as CFP®, CFA®, or similar are highly beneficial.
• Candidates should possess experience working in a registered investment advisor or wealth management firm, with strong familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; relevant industry licenses are preferred.
