One of Atlanta’s most respected Financial Services firms is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join its Buckhead office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to launch a career in finance while gaining hands-on experience supporting high-performing Financial Advisors and their client

s.The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in enhancing the client experience by providing operational, service, and administrative support. Success in this role comes from developing a strong understanding of the firm’s processes, systems, and service standards—enabling you to anticipate needs, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver outstanding client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and track client meetings for Financial Advisors
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, account updates, and general service request
• Support onboarding of new clients and maintain accurate account documentation
• Assist Advisors with marketing initiatives, client outreach, and event coordination
• Manage and update CRM database; track leads and prepare sales and activity reports
• Assist with preparing proposals, investment reviews, and performance summaries
• Support firmwide projects and contribute to ongoing operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Internship or previous administrative experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with new technology
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal
