Procurement Officer

🚧 We're Hiring: Procurement Officer | SR400 Express Lanes Project | Atlanta, GA 🚧

ACCIONA, as part of SR400 Constructors, is looking for a Procurement Officer to join the team delivering the $4.6 billion SR400 Express Lanes Project in Atlanta, Georgia.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a landmark transportation project that will transform mobility across the Atlanta metropolitan area while working alongside some of the industry's leading construction and infrastructure professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support subcontractor and supplier sourcing activities.
• Assist with prequalification processes and vendor engagement.
• Issue RFQs and manage procurement activities throughout the tendering cycle.
• Coordinate RFIs, clarifications, and tender documentation.
• Support proposal evaluations, commercial comparisons, and award recommendations.
• Assist with subcontract preparation and procurement record management.
• Participate in vendor negotiations and kick-off meetings.
• Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or subcontract administration within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with tendering processes and supplier management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience supporting heavy civil, transportation, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
