Customer Service Support (Atlanta, USA) - SQM Iodine & Plant Nutrition

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Support for our office in Atlanta, USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Order entry in the system
• Manage customer requests via email
• Coordinate logistics and freight arrangements
• Ensure timely product delivery
• Maintain basic customer relationships

About you

Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in

• Business Administration
• Supply Chain / Logistics
• No specific technical specialization required
• Junior to Mid-level
• No managerial experience required
• Operational execution-focused role (not strategic)

Technical skills

• Experience with ERP or similar systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to interpret and process customer requirements from email communication

Key requirements

Experience in

• Operational customer service
• Order entry / order management
• Logistics (preferably land transportation)

Exposure to hazardous materials (hazmat) is a strong plus

• Strong execution and operational mindset
• Attention to detail and organization
• Basic autonomy
• Ability to perform under high workload (SAP go-live period)
• Practical, solution-oriented approach
