UI/UX Senior Designer

Location - Alpharetta, GA or Wilmington, DE (5 days onsite is mandatory)

Job Summary

The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for user interfaces and user experiences. They will play a key role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and interaction between the user and the product. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Develop ui mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look

2. Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets

3. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing

4. Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)

5. Identify and troubleshoot ux problems (e.g., responsiveness)

6. Collaborate within team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience

7. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in design tools such as adobe creative suite, sketch, and invision

2. In-depth understanding of ui/ux best practices

3. Strong portfolio demonstrating previous ui/ux design projects

4. Knowledge of html/css; javascript is a plus

5. Strong communication and teamwork skills

6. Ability to problem solve and think creatively
