Architect / Architectural Staff (5+ Years) | Atlanta, GA

This role is ideal for a licensed architect or emerging professional with 5+ years of experience who enjoys contributing throughout the entire design process—from concept development and design documentation to construction administration.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, take ownership of project tasks, and continue developing your technical and design expertise on a diverse portfolio of impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects through all phases of design, from concept through construction administration.
• Prepare presentations, schematic designs, design development packages, construction documents, renderings, and project models.
• Develop and refine creative design concepts based on project goals and client feedback.
• Lead small teams and coordinate project tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Produce technical drawings, models, and visualizations using Revit and other design software.
• Participate in professional development and industry networking opportunities.
• Continue expanding technical expertise while contributing to a collaborative studio environment.

Skills & Experience

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience working across multiple phases of architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, building materials, and design principles.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhino, Enscape, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign), and other 3D modeling/rendering software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing architectural licensure.
