Key Duties

• Represent clients in a range of civil litigation matters, including business torts, contract disputes, and professional liability defense.
• Handle all phases of litigation—pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
• Develop case strategy, advise clients on risks and resolutions, and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with partners and peers on appellate matters and complex legal issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation or commercial litigation experience.
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and courtroom presentation skills.
• Georgia Bar admission required.
• Full-time, in-office position in Atlanta.
