Sr. Legal Administrative Assistant

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented entry level Executive Assistant with legal experience to support senior leadership in a fast-paced professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative skills with a solid understanding of legal documents, court procedures, and confidential communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and legal documents.
• Maintain confidential files, case-related materials, and executive records with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up notes.
• Assist with document management, filing, and organization of contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.
• Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and legal stakeholders.
• Track deadlines, court dates, and key deliverables to ensure timely follow-through.
• Support special projects and provide general office assistance as needed.
