Compensation

$190,000 - $225,000

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-stakes personal injury litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients.
• Collaborate closely with our team to develop and implement innovative legal strategies that align with our firm's goals and values.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and professional development within the team.
• Engage in direct communication with clients, providing clear, actionable advice and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills and professionalism.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses, investigators, and other professionals to build robust cases and support litigation efforts effectively.
