• Job Summary*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in a medical office setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient service.

• Duties*
• Perform front desk duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients
• Provide medical administrative support including maintaining patient records and handling medical collections
• Assist with insurance verification, billing, and coding using ICD-10
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization
• Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Support staff with various office tasks as needed
• Experience*
• Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
• Proficiency in typing and using office software applications
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
