Medical Front Office - Pediatrics (Peds)

We are seeking a full-time front desk member for our large Pediatric Practice in Atlanta, GA at 1875 Century Blvd NE. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Pediatric clinical office setting and in-depth knowledge of all front office procedures and claim scrubbing. Excellent verbal communication is a must.

Full Time: Monday- Friday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM with 1-hour lunch

Saturday: 8:30am-noon (rotating)

Salary: Hourly based on experience

• Greet patients and families upon arrival
• Check-in/ check-out, collect copay's, verify demographics and insurance
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Performs additional duties as required.

Requirements

Qualifications include

• 0-3 years of Healthcare experience, preferably Pediatric.
• Bubbly personality
• Bilingual a plus
• Familiarity with computers and other office equipment.
• Basic typing and keyboard skills.
• Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.
