Role Description This full-time Corporate Travel Agent role is an hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA. The Corporate Travel Agent will manage end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate, government, and institutional clients, including air, hotel, and car rental reservations.

The role involves providing responsive customer service, advising travelers on routes, fares, and travel regulations, and coordinating complex group and VIP travel as needed. The Corporate Travel Agent will collaborate with internal teams to support reporting, cost savings initiatives, and consistent traveler experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with travel Reservations and managing comprehensive Travel Arrangements for corporate or organizational clients.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and traveler support.
• Familiarity with Car Rental bookings and coordination of ground transportation options.
• Background in Sales related to travel services, including presenting options and upselling value-added solutions.
• Proficiency with Amadeus global distribution systems (GDS) and online booking tools is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of corporate travel policies, fare rules, airline contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with a diverse client base.
• Previous experience in a Travel Management Company or corporate travel environment preferred; relevant certifications or training in travel or hospitality are a plus.
