Executive Chef / Culinary Director – Upscale Restaurant Concept

We are developing a new upscale restaurant concept in the Atlanta area and are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef / Culinary Director to join our leadership team.

This is an opportunity for a talented chef to help build a restaurant from the ground up — developing the menu, shaping the culinary identity, assembling the kitchen team, and creating a dining experience that stands out in the Atlanta market.

We are especially interested in chefs with experience in Persian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or modern international cuisine, particularly those coming from upscale, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurant environments.

The Role

The Executive Chef will have significant creative and operational responsibility, including:

• Create and develop the restaurant’s menu and signature dishes
• Establish recipes, presentation standards, and kitchen systems
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing culinary team
• Maintain exceptional standards for food quality and consistency
• Manage food costs, purchasing, inventory, labor, and waste
• Work directly with ownership on concept development and restaurant growth
• Help create a memorable, modern, upscale dining experience
• Maintain excellent food safety and kitchen standards

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a chef with proven leadership experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or senior culinary leader.

The ideal candidate is creative, ambitious, operationally strong, and interested in more than simply running a kitchen. We want someone who is excited about building a brand and growing with the company long-term.
