Bartender - PT

A Bartender for Fox Bros Bar-B-Q must be personable, professional, self-motivated, and possess a high sense of urgency in the workplace. It is the Bartender’s responsibility to provide exceptional customer service through times of high volume at the bar, while being punctual on ticket times for the remainder of the restaurant.

The Bartender must maintain an organized workspace, complete the required side work/prep, and be able to communicate with both guests and coworkers in a respectful and professional manner. The Bartender is responsible for managing their assigned cash drawer and is expected to assist with To Go orders whenever necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Arrive to work on time, in uniform, ready to work
• Must have a good sense of urgency
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
• Good time management skills
• Must have good personal hygiene
• Make sure the proper drinks are made and staged properly
• Keep and organize the rotation of beers/mixes/other prep items
• Self-motivated to complete the daily required bar prep
• Must uphold Food Safety and Sanitation practices
• Be efficient when serving guests at the bar, as well as the bar tables
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with To Go orders

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. Some college is preferred but not necessary.
• 3-5 years of previous Bartending experience for a full-service restaurant.
• General beer/cocktail knowledge.
