Electricians, Apprentices, and Helpers

Job Summary

Innergy Services is seeking motivated and skilled Electricians, Apprentices, and Helpers to support our growing workload inside the Atlanta perimeter. We handle residential service calls, new construction and renovation wiring, and light commercial projects. We’re looking for dependable, safety‑minded individuals who take pride in high‑quality workmanship.

Electricians should have at least five years of experience and strong troubleshooting skills. Apprentices and Helpers should bring a willingness to learn and grow in the trade. Team members must maintain a professional attitude, communicate clearly with customers, and work well both independently and with others. Reliable transportation is required. Compensation depends on experience, position, and skill level.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair residential, new construction, and light commercial electrical systems in various construction and renovation projects
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters, multimeters, and circuit testers
• Perform high-voltage wiring tasks safely in compliance with State standards and local electrical codes
• Conduct electrical diagnostics to identify faults or inefficiencies within complex systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete wiring, conduit bending, panel installation, and system upgrades
• Follow all electrical safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
• Support renovation projects by framing carpentry or handyman tasks as needed on construction sites

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential/new construction or commercial electrician work is highly preferred
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters
• Familiarity with high-voltage electrical wiring and low voltage systems
• Construction site experience including renovation projects is advantageous
• Strong understanding of local electrical codes and safety procedures
• Ability to work effectively with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Apprentices must demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly; helpers should possess basic handyman skills or related construction experience

Pay: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour
