What You'll Do

As our Maintenance Plumber, you'll help maintain plumbing systems across multiple dealership locations, ensuring safe, functional facilities for both customers and team members.

Responsibilities include

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, valves, drains, water lines, and fixtures
• Diagnose plumbing issues quickly and perform effective repairs
• Respond to urgent plumbing emergencies to minimize downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid costly system failures
• Ensure all work meets current plumbing codes and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
• Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams on special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Plumbing experience required (commercial maintenance experience preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize urgent issues
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

This role requires active, hands-on work, including

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Repetitive hand and body motion
• Lifting and moving materials and tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly
