We are seeking an experienced ELV Engineer with 6-8 years of proven experience in the installation, testing, commissioning, and site management of ELV systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring project delivery in line with technical specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and client requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in a broad range of ELV systems, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to independently manage testing and commissioning activities across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Project Management
- Manage and supervise day-to-day ELV site activities.
- Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and verify installation quality.
- Testing & Commissioning
- Plan, coordinate, and execute testing and commissioning activities for ELV systems.
- Prepare commissioning plans, checklists, and testing procedures.
- Carry out integrated system testing and functional performance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, and third-party authorities during inspections and testing.
- Prepare commissioning reports and project handover documentation.ELV Systems Expertise

- Maintain effective communication with project teams and clients.
- Support project managers with technical inputs and progress updates.
- Ensure client requirements are understood and executed effectively.
- Quality, Safety & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and site safety requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain testing records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Support project handover activities including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and training documentation.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience6-8 years of relevant experience in ELV project execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, or infrastructure projects within the UAE/GCC.Proven experience managing site teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Technical Skills & Certifications
- Strong understanding of ELV standards, systems architecture, and commissioning procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Experience with testing equipment and commissioning tools.
- Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and industry regulations.SIRA certification will be preferred
