Site Foreman

Run the Job. Lead the Crew. Build It Right.

Sterling Park Properties is a full-service Atlanta general contractor — residential remodels, commercial build-outs, storm restoration, design-build — and we're looking for a Site Foreman to lead day-to-day operations on active job sites across metro Atlanta.

If you know how to keep a crew moving, a job on schedule, and quality tight from foundation to final walkthrough — we want you running our sites.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Daily Field Leadership

• Be physically present on-site to lead and supervise in-house crew and subcontractors
• Set daily priorities and sequencing — what gets done, in what order, by whom
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and site cleanliness
• Solve field-level problems in real time (framing conflicts, material delays, unexpected conditions)

Crew & Subcontractor Management

• Direct in-house crew (framing, drywall, paint, siding, demo) and coordinate subcontractor scopes on-site
• Verify sub and crew work meets SPP quality standards before sign-off
• Confirm crew attendance, daily task completion, and hours worked

Schedule & Progress Tracking

• Keep the job on schedule and flag delays immediately to the Project Manager/Director of Construction
• Log daily site activity, progress, and issues in JobTread daily logs
• Take and organize progress photos per SPP naming standards

Quality & Compliance

• Confirm work matches approved plans, scope of work, and permitted drawings
• Flag any scope changes or field conditions that require a change order before proceeding
• Ensure OSHA and site safety compliance at all times

Communication

• Report daily progress, issues, and needs to the Project Manager and Director of Construction Operations
• Coordinate directly with subs, vendors, and inspectors on scheduling and access

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years hands-on construction/field supervision experience required
• Strong working knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction trades and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, scopes of work, and permitted drawings
• Proven crew leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation to travel between active job sites
• Comfortable using JobTread or willing to learn (training provided)

Work Location: In person
