Job Overview & Responsibilities
At United Launch Alliance (ULA), the Network Engineer 4 is a senior engineering role responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing complex network infrastructure across ULA’s enterprise and launch environments.
This role serves as a top-tier technical expert within the network organization, leading major infrastructure initiatives, delivering advanced engineering solutions, and resolving the most challenging issues impacting mission-critical operations.
The Network Engineer IV works across multiple functional groups engineering, cyber, launch operations, and corporate IT to ensure ULA’s network systems remain secure, highly available, scalable, and aligned with operational needs. The role is expected to drive modernization efforts, improve network reliability through automation, and influence technical decision-making.
While Level 5 sets enterprise-wide strategy and architectural direction, the Network Engineer IV executes high-impact technical initiatives, translates architectural guidance into implementable designs, and mentors lower-level engineers.

Summary Salary Range (for ULA - Denver only): $121,307.00 - $202,178.00
