Inside Sales Representative - Palo Duro Harwoods

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven person who thrives both at an individual level and in a team-based work environment. This candidate should have an outgoing personality while also being able to pay close attention to detail. The sales associate must communicate with customers daily through a variety of platforms, ensuring a thorough and seamless buying experience.

The Palo Sales Representative will sell all products .

Principal Responsibilities

• Generate new customer leads through inbound communications, lead follow-up and outbound calls
• Support current and potential customers by providing expert product knowledge and general customer assistance by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with various client audiences
• Educate customers on the benefits of Palo products using presentations and promotions to close sales
• Perform in-house Premium Sanding Technology (PST®) classes and trainings
• Supply management with reports and feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Maintain all databases by correctly and thoroughly inputting customer data and reports to reflect current sales interactions

Salary

50k Base + Commission

● Proven sales experience

● Computer skills a must, proficiency using CRM systems

● Ability to learn and perform

● Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

● Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills

● Highly sales motivated and goal oriented

● Must be highly personable and willing to work with various customer personalities

● Willing to travel

Education and Experience

● 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience and/or an associate’s degree in a business-related field

Working Conditions

● Primarily an office environment with some travel. Occasional assistance in inventory control may be required.

● Must be able to lift up to 85 pounds as well as kneel and bend over for periods of time.

Reports to: General Manager

Interview Process: We will be reviewing interviews from July 22, 2026 through Aug 23, 2026 with interviews starting the week of July 27, 2026.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
