Position Overview

We’re looking for a self-motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative who thrives on creating opportunities and closing new business.

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, scheduling meetings, preparing opportunities for estimating, and helping grow the Savvy Soil brand throughout Colorado.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, cold calling, visiting properties, and creating long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial and residential business opportunities
• Prospect property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, commercial facilities, municipalities, and general contractors
• Develop relationships with maintenance supervisors, regional managers, and ownership groups
• Conduct in-person visits, networking events, and sales calls
• Schedule site inspections and estimate appointments
• Follow up with existing prospects and maintain relationships
• Track leads and opportunities within our CRM
• Work closely with ownership to develop sales strategies
• Represent Savvy Soil | Earth & Exteriors professionally in the marketplace
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

​​Qualifications

Preferred experience in one or more of the following

• Proven experience in business development & construction sales within a commercial environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals in B2B sales settings.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and familiarity with sales management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts effectively while delivering exceptional client communication and relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration, motivate achievement of goals, and foster a results-driven mindset.

Compensation

Commission Only

There is no cap on earnings.
