What You'll Do

• Represent Rise Renovation directly to homeowners across the Denver metro area and surrounding territories
• Schedule in-home appointments for our senior sales representatives to provide free estimates
• Represent Rise at home shows, retail partnerships, and community events
• Deliver brief presentations on our energy-efficient products, including windows, roofing, siding, doors, insulation, and bathrooms
• Participate in weekly sales training, coaching camps, and ongoing skill development

Compensation

• Average earning potential of $72,000 to $130,000 per year
• Hourly base rate plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses

• Rise offers a $2,400 sign-on bonus, which will be paid weekly in $200 increments over the course of twelve weeks of initial training. The full sign-on bonus is contingent on successfully completing the twelve weeks of initial training.
